Homemade Granola Recipe

Making granola at home is a great way to know exactly what ingredients you are putting into your body. Turn your Morning Mojo smoothie into a smoothie bowl and top with this homemade granola!

Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, almonds)

1/3 cup of dried cranberries

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp rice malt syrup

Method:

Heat oven to 180°C.

Mix all together and spread evenly over baking paper.

Place in the oven for 10minutes. Take out of the oven, give a stir and put back into the oven for another 10minutes or until goldern.

Leave to cool and store for use later. This recipe makes approximately 4 cups.
